I have a lots of recipes avaliable on my Channel you can go and see them too, link is given below and stay tuned with Saxena's Kitchen there are lot more recipe coming out in a way, subscribe my channel for more updates. #paneertikkamasala #paneertikkamasalarecipe #paneertikkamasaladhabastyle Ingredients 250 Gram Cottage Cheese (Paneer) For Making Batter 1 table spoon Curd 2 table spoon gram flour Add 1/4 red chili powder add 1/4 hot spice add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Add 1/4 tsp salt For Making Paneer Tikka 1 Table Spoon Cooking ( for frying cottage cheese pieces ) 3 tbsp cooking oil Onion puree of 2 onions 1 tea spoon garlic-ginger Tomato puree of 2 tomatoes Half tsp spoon turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder Half tsp hot spice , 1 tsp coriander powder 1 cup water 1& half tsp salt Some finely chopped green coriander Some butter (optional) Method Step 1) Take 250 gram cottage cheese cut into square shape , take a big bowl add 1 table spoon curd , add table spoon gram flour , add 1/4 red chili powder , add 1/4 hot spice , add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder , add 1/4 tsp salt mix it well & make a batter , the add 250 gram cottage cheese mix it well , then cover the bowl keep it in a refrigerator for 20 minutes. Step 2) Take a pan add 1 tbsp cooking oil spread all around wait till it become hot , add cheese pieces one by one and fry all the pieces from Both sides. Step 3) Take a pan add 3 tbsp cooking oil wait till it become hot , then add onion puree of 2 onions , add 1 tea spoon garlic-ginger paste fry them both , then add tomato puree of 2 tomatoes stir it for a minute , then add half tsp spoon turmeric powder , 1 tsp red chili powder , add half tsp hot spice , 1 tsp coriander powder mix all the spices well make a paste , then add cheese pieces and stir it for a minute then add 1 cup water little by little stir it continuously , add 1& half tsp salt mix it well cover the pan for 2-3 minutes , after 2-3 minutes uncover the pan stir it , add some finely chopped green coriander , add some butter and mix it well (optional) our recipe is ready to serve.
